I'd imagine that even if all of the clubs and district organizers that make up the national committee that votes for the members of the Central Committee, Politburo, General Secretary, etc. were replaced with Marxist-Leninists and elected communists to those central positions to oust the radlibs, I believe those chumps would fight tooth and nail to take or destroy everything that the Party has built up since 1919

It was making significant gains. In the past it helped arm people against even the FDR admin. it is a disgrace today
They were, like 90 years ago.
I meant as in having a significant presence with elected officials. Socialist Party of America did better on that front.
