apparently. they've already killed hostages with their bombs.

but this specific framing around white womanhood being violated, and that needing revenge, but not with any concern for the well being of the actual women reminds me of the 1956 film The Searchers. [spoilers for ancient movie] the cowboy main characters are -searching- for years after a kidnapped white girl, murdering anyone who gets in their way, and when they capture her after murdering the tribe she was with and she's upset & struggling against them---the main guy almost kills her for betraying the campaign of extermination against the natives. he doesn't and that's like the moral of the film or whatever---but it shows the same ideology at work. if there is an israeli hostage in Gaza right now who, when released, advocated for palestine, the zionists would not hesitate to kill her.

you don't even have to not believe them, hamas wouldn't attack (or exist!) if not for the colonizing and previous genocidal efforts so the problem would stop if the colonial project stopped. No amount of interpersonal violence justifies what israel is doing and what israel is doing is literally in the way of justice for these alleged victims.

its one thing zizek is right about. interpersonal violence is horrible of course but systemic violence is the real monster and israel is the perpetrator in that realm 1000x times in ways hamas will never be

They're really grasping at straws. I get this feeling believe all women doesn't include the part where she prescribes some political meaning to it (i.e. "They were Hamas terrorists"). I can believe a woman got raped without necessarily believing her rapist was like Voldemort. If this wasn't the case, then you could get browbeaten into voting for Joe Biven because Tara Reade doesn't cancel out Stormy Daniels and you must be part of the harm reduction. How absolutely shameless.
