Marx was an accomplished and brilliant economist and just because someone says they're doing something for religious reasons doesn't mean they are.
Even human sacrifice for instance which in the Mediterranean areas for instance was done in times of crop failure and served a material purpose of reducing the burden on food reserves. There's almost always a secular reason for horrifying acts if you look for it

No. The US will just fuck it up even more. The US should just get our of the Middle East and stop bankrolling Israel. Also this is just more :vote:™️ logic. The system is the problem, phoning representatives is going to do very little. They've already been self selected mostly by the system for following the imperial status quo in exchange for power or money. If you really want to phone a representative, make sure they're left leaning or genuine in some way so you aren't wasting your breath. Attending a protest in support of Palestine will accomplish 100x more than phoning your most likely shitty republican representative who believes Israel needs to exist so that they can be raptured and go to Supply Side Jesus heaven.

this is how the US normally deals with international issues so as an average American this is just the logical solution. you can even negotiate down to embargo Israel. all you have to do is a form a big angry mob and march on Washington after calling your representative.
