yeah i grew up in a church that had these tracks in our entry way. i am verrryyyy familiar with how absent any sort of consistent theology is.
it was mostly once i met catholics that i started learning more about the trinity in more (confusing) detail.

I think the fact that the most popular Western religion literally rests on this contradiction with essentially no pushback is the biggest thing preventing socialism. An entire population raised to believe that contradictions are reality.
I think it was John identified Him as Jesus. As I understand it it isn't that big a deal as the name Jesus is just a symbolic representation of Jesus. Similar to how the username sam5673 is a symbolic representation of my account
