This one in particular seems to have the message of, "You're NOT working HARD ENOUGH to SEIZE THE DAY. WHY are YOU a SLACKER AT LIFE?"
Don't sweat it, comrade. Live your life as best you can, and remember that every moment you spend obsessing over how much time you have left is a moment spent not enjoying the time you have left.
the part of this that got me was where they explained that even if you get to budget your time in adulthood, after a point you basically rarely see people from your early life like family and childhood friends (which I already observe in my own life) and if you get to retire, you won't have much time to truly enjoy due to health issues :deeper-sadness:

I feel that. As someone who's probably a little bit older than a lot of people on this site, believe me I do. But obsessing over that fact won't change it. In fact it will just make your mental state worse, which is why I can't stand this video. It's just selling anxiety disguised as helpful advice.
