    the part of this that got me was where they explained that even if you get to budget your time in adulthood, after a point you basically rarely see people from your early life like family and childhood friends (which I already observe in my own life) and if you get to retire, you won't have much time to truly enjoy due to health issues :deeper-sadness:

      I feel that. As someone who's probably a little bit older than a lot of people on this site, believe me I do. But obsessing over that fact won't change it. In fact it will just make your mental state worse, which is why I can't stand this video. It's just selling anxiety disguised as helpful advice.

      Rage against the system that steals your time. Play hookie and get nookie as often as you can. Besides that, it's just the human condition baybee. At least until the reverse-aging serum hits the shelves, it's just not anything it does you any good to worry about.
