Trump had Hillary dead to rights, and knew how to hit her where it hurts back when his whole job was scrolling through Twitter and laying down hot takes.

I don't know what's happened over the last four years, but he's lost a healthy chunk of his panache. He's stumbling. He's repetitive. He's tired. He's not the guy that won in 2016.

If he repeats, it's not going to be by how he did it last time.
