Way more right wing movements use english than left wing.
But according to Adam Curtis and Dugin’s playbook from Russia, funding both sides can be useful. Perhaps that’s the deal in a fascist-run Poland, to keep those in power in check. But in most of the world it is the right wing that is connected to and funded by the US and global capitalist interests.

It's a business language. So if you're doing a lot of international trade and travel, it's incredibly useful.
But if you're trying to rally support for your cause in a country that is overwhelmingly Spanish speaking... ? It's like doing a publicity stunt in Mandurian from French Quebec.

Well I do want to put on my nerd hat and claim these two are different phenomenons. This is actually closer to a Peru ver. Alt-right/Q situation, which means they are probably more influenced by American right-wingers via online interactions than any sector of the Peruvian society (even the conservative one).
