I suppose Cuba would be the least foreign of the socialist nations for me to move to. As unlikely as that is, I wonder how difficult it would be?
Cuba's fairly mountainous, so my uneducated guess is that rising sea levels won't annihilate them (though the costal cities will still have a rough time).
I'd wager that rising temperature and humidity will be the primary threat there.

I dunno, I am not even sure I like chinese culture but they have nerds there same as here. I'd comfortably fit in someplace just as poorly i think.
