Meghan answering the question with her own tweet because seeing her consistently embarrass herself is like one of the only good Twitter things.

iirc that might be the one decent state libertarian party out there. I can't remember the specific tweet but the handle rings a bell and I seem to recall them having some good takes.

That's been a libertarian cornerstone since the 1960s. Promising to repeal the civil rights act (and providing an alternate political justification that isn't open racism) is literally the #1 reason why libertarians are the biggest 3rd party in America.

Like I said it's a libertarian party I can't remember the post but there was one on here talking about a libertarian party that wasn't total shit.

Some small section of right libertarians are genuinely anti-imperialist.

There's very few of them but they do exist.

More anti-interventionist than anti-imperialist. They don't have any understanding of imperialism, so you'll get all sorts of awful, racist takes about how the global south can't pull itself up by its bootstraps; you'll get opposition to any sort of reparation/redistributive policy; and you'll get plenty of opposition to immigration, too.

It's an instinct that can be useful, but it shouldn't be mistaken for an informed or good take.

I didn't see which it was at first but I was pretty sure it was NH, and yeah they've always seemed least bad to me. Probably between vermin supreme winning their primary and the satanist trans woman who was elected sheriff on a platform of fuck the police there. It's a libertarian party so it's still mostly cringe but those two things are at least a little cool

I love how even the "reasonable" libertarian from the toaster video dunked on them a few days ago.
