    I can't post an image because my score is too low, but if you go to the 24th of July on that account there's a FBI crime statistics table which makes me think its an op.

            Only if it’s likely an op. I don’t have an Instagram account so I haven’t looked into it, but if someone posts some more proof then yeah definitely
