This is how great societies fall - when their survival and continuity is taken for granted
Elsewhere on this subreddit I alluded to that old chestnut “Democrats bring a knife to a gunfight.” Only now they’re bringing squirt guns to a nuclear war. Republicans are ruthless in their pursuit of an authoritarian dictatorship and to that end they lie, cheat, steal — and would probably kill as well — just to get their way. We are well and truly fucked.

A second Trump term will have the US leave NATO. Say goodbye to Eastern Europe when it gets gobbled up by the Russians. Say goodbye to Taiwan and South Korea when Trump's "very good friends" invade them. Say goodbye to Western Europe when they get the inevitable choice of "become Russian-aligned dictatorial satellites like Belarus or face invasion". A second Trump term is the global death of democracies, and nobody but the citizens of the US can do anything about it. Unfair.

So unfair that the fate of the entire universe lies within the votes of a small percentage of humanity. Do you feel compelled to vote, treat-enjoyer?
Wow that sounds incredible honestly. A world in which the US stops interfering with everyone? That's what we get with Trump? Sign me up I guess
TWD makes a strong case for voting, just not how they think lol
