I was up in the mountains this weekend, and it was striking seeing all the signs up in gas stations, etc, stating how illegal even possessing fireworks is. One county over, outside the foothills, there’s huge stalls selling them in seemingly every parking lot.
The sierras are about to get rather smokey this weekend, I fear :sadness:
