Thank you Bezos Daily for making sure we know that this is 1) Not the US Oil Industry's fault and 2) State-owned industry is at fault. Can't wait for Biden to announce this is an unacceptable environmental crisis caused by state negligence so he's going to send green climate ambassadors down there to sort it out. Then the subsequent WaPo article in 10 years about how Mexico's newly private oil industry is going green.
