He’s gonna milkshake ducked and be revealed he’s some high ranking Aryan Brotherhood enforcer who stabbed Chauvin because he didn’t have enough money for protection
Actually I read somewhere he is part of the Mexican Mafia.(take it with some salt) With that said If I understand it correctly the person in the image is not the guy who stabbed Chauvin.
