Wired LAN port is a nice plus, annoying it took them this fucking long
All in all I am constantly amazed at how much gamers will buy into unsubstantiated rumors like the 'Switch Pro' having 4K/DLSS support, get so convinced that it will happen, and then lose their collective shit whenever none of it comes to fruition lol. Have been scratching my head at the number of tweets/posts I've seen since the announcement lamenting about the lack of 4K. It's a fuckin Nintendo console why would they ever prioritize 4k when they don't exactly market their consoles' graphics as a major selling point. I have yet to play a game on my switch that I've gone "wow, I wish this was in 4k" lol.
I just wanted a larger and 1080p screen and a slightly better processor 😕
Larger screen with OLED is nice, but why the hell would they not make it 1080p?I'd rather the games were fun and ran well than shiny bells and whistles on a fucking handheld. 720p is fine, it works, it looks ok. 1080p in docked is good, and that's all you need
Actually legitimately salty about this. I was hoping for like... Some higher specs, like DLSS in the dock or a higher resolution screen onboard, or like, a slightly more powerful cpu/gpu... Something.
same, nintendo is basically so fucking lazy cause they are raking all the cash. It sucks shit
Seriously. I was hoping for like, a small refresh to sort of revitalize third party games and maybe get a few beefed up first parties, or something to make a few of the games that run like ass on the thing run a bit better, but nah. Nothing.
if you haven't got a switch, it's a better model to get. but if you already own one, absolutely not worth it
$350, and it seems like there’s no current inside specs.
Jesus, that means they'll be like $500 from scalpers. They're already impossible to get.
Ya but on release they'll probably be bought up for the first couple months
