      Used to be the same in Wales until recently, only time I was ever glad that I'm crap at picking up blokes was when I discovered it would interfere with my ability to give blood.

        Not in my experience, though i remember people getting screened out for "if you've ever had sex with a man who's had sex with another man" so women dating bi dudes were also excluded

            No idea, this was in Florida in the late 00s I think the Red Cross was still pretending trans people didn't exist. Tbh I think the responsible thing to do with those questions is lie and save people's lives with your queer blood

            I saw an email between a trans man who had sex with men before transitioning and red cross who said they couldn't donate blood because they're male.
