We all know the white guys who call themselves history buffs but only have a limited knowledge of WWII which is based on history channel documentaries.

      I've said it before: in an earlier age, all these war-obsessed white males would have joined the army and been killed off, thus chlorinating our gene pool and sparing us of their presence. In our peaceful society today, they have nowhere to go and start screeching because they don't get to kill any more. The military is no home for them, it's highly technical and there are whole universities for it. You can join for a few years, but under the "up or out" program, either you climb their ladder or you get kicked out pretty fast. So now we're stuck with them.
