Over here I completely missed my flexibility goals, so Ill never get my splits now, REEEEE On the upside - I got my first dose of the vaccine. The wifi reception is ok, but running queries in my brain is awfully slow. Next week - catching up on flexy stuff, and a whole lot of pole classes. Image related.

Wrist giving me problems still. Despite that, I’ve managed to bulk up a lot more. I’m used to having a built lower body and small upper body from years of athletics, but seeing both distributed evenly is nice

My wrists are fucked too. Specially my right wrist I broke when I was a kid. I don't think I'll ever be able to do ring muscle ups because I can't even do a simple false grip hang
I put on a pair of pants today that fit me ten years ago, and they fit me again!
I had managed to keep fairly steady weight for years, gained maybe 10lbs. But got put on some anti depressants last year that made me gain almost 30lbs. So I'm super happy to be back.
