minus-squarezifnab25 [he/him, any]hexbear6·3 years agoI've seen the US Consulate in Cape Town described as a base simply because of how ridiculously over-armed it is. I just find it amusing to think Cubans are occupying South Africa like the US is doing in Iraq or Afghanistan, for instance. link
