    so if we look again at the chemical weapons in syria mess we find that the first reported instances were not attributable to the government. only later in the second phase of the war, after isis and the moderate rebels (and some reports for the kurds too) started hijacking stockpiles and making homemad gas in their documented attacks that un-opcw attributes attacks to the government, at which point we know that opcw have been compromizes ad per the douma affair. for instance the 2013 khal al-assal attack ended up having a botched investigation, and the govt pushed for the un to come because they claim it was a rebel attack. consider the timeline: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Use_of_chemical_weapons_in_the_Syrian_civil_war

    im sure there's more than a couple people here who are antagonistic to the whole anti-empire clique because they only hammered onto the douma case when assad have been charged on dozens of other attacks, but i think we can make a case against that here.
