      Programs to give gang members access to education would unironically be cheaper and better than throwing them in prison forever.

        Plus from my experience from working with felons and recovering addicts at my job, would actually attend classes instead if skipping class.

        I think the Black Panthers actually tried that to weaken gang activity...and then the CHUDs just complained.

        Literally can't even get away with voluntarily doing good in this so-called "free" society.
