      It was too hot to provide electricity to all of California twice this weekend and a hurricane destroyed a third of the crops in Iowa and a shitload of infrastructure. You underestimate how rapidly things are about to accelerate.

        I'm not saying that things aren't going to accelerate, it's just silly to say that things are going to get too hot. That's not true globally, and it's a myth of global warming. That's all I'm saying.

          It may not be every day but in many places for growing parts of the year it will be. Especially in the global south where it's already getting bad. Yes it will cause a diverse range of extreme climate events like the hurricane in Iowa, but overall the biggest thing is going to be worsening heatwaves in already warm climates.
