    A really good essay imo, Abigail continues to not miss.

    One thing I wonder about is how something like Cuba's new family law would play into some of these issues. If your chosen family can be your legal family, maybe that actually helps mitigate some of the exploitation of it. I'm sure there's Cuban scholars who have already written things about that I am just woefully ignorant of, but it just seemed to click together nicely for me

    I completely understand that she's pretty tongue in cheek a lot of the time, but her delivery is so sincere that I always end up cringing at her content nowadays
