        Yeah he serves the same purpose so theres not really a big point in distinguishing him(If he isnt a spook) from whichever guy sits in a dark office in the CIA HQ typing up propaganda while wearing a suit and sunglasses. The collaboration between openly "official" sources and seemingly unofficial sources who pass the propaganda on and confirm it is critical to bourgeoise propaganda.
