      This one is so tough for me. Odo is a cop but he did spend all of his time fighting quarks capitalist ass, so maybe Odo good possibly. Plus him and kira together makes me so happy

              They sort of bring this up, not explored deeply but at least acknowledge it, in the episode Quark becomes an arms trader. The guys he ends up working for gained favors from the Bajorans because they supplied the revolutions.
