    Your biggest weakness is always something like "I'm a perfectionist!!!11!!" that's technically a weakness but still makes you look good

      For my money, act surprised/taken back that they'd ask you something that doesn't let you paint yourself in a good light, answer it briefly (up to and including dismissively), and follow it up with a talking point.

      You could even, and I'm not kidding, take a page out of DJ Khaled's book and answer that question 'they didn't believe in us like God did, but anyway, I've always been able to handle account management at blah blah company. What kind of customer interactions can members of this department expect?'
