Dont you worry folks ! Its just for Peacefull space exploration .... The Hypersonic part is just the old Autobahn flex ... I mean they allready look so very peacefull ... just wanted to share ..

Finally, I can give surprise gifts to my friends faster than ever before. Looking forward to this being married to a Multiple Independent Gift-giving Vehicle.
10 times faster then the speed of Sound even
During the re-entry flight a speed ten times higher than the speed of sound has been reached
those Space - geeks really cant wait to get their hand on this Space - Data it seem , why else would that be even Important ...

This just turns literally all aircraft carriers into a future pile of floating scrap metal. Hopefully a non NATO country can develop this technology as well, otherwise yeah....
both Russia and China have missiles of this type. Countering US carriers has been a priority for both of those countries
6000 sailors surrounded by carcinogens on top of a nuclear reactor and 3m gallons of jet fuel. The last place I'd want to be in a modern war is on a CVN. The second-to-last place would be any waters nearby a sinking CVN.
Because if all this the US strategy in war has to be to pre empt everyone and strike first, which is uhhh not good
The SSN/SSBN fleet is still the wildcard, but subs have their own set of countermeasures and I think Guam is still within range of Chinese missiles. Without carrier groups we've got no ability to lock a region's airspace down or support ground forces so it'd damn our ability to maintain a fight.
The B2 bombers are also a thing. They're stealth, can travel halfway round the world and carry nuclear weapons. Even with anti stealth radar techniques, they're still hard to detect if you don't know they'e coming
They launch from a static airfield and require super special ground crews/supply lines though. We can safely launch them from a US airfield but I'm not sure what safety means in an era of cheap drones and hypersonic weapons. Maybe it's a viable first strike, maybe it's only a first strike before airfields are unusable. Subs are totally hidden for 6-12 months at a time unless you detect them temporarily. A CVN's top speed is classified but carrier groups can probably move at a destroyer's pace. Those have a lot of flexibility so it's like the old ICBM/submarine nuke debate.
you wonder why after the Missile Incident at Al Assad airbase and against the Oil Raffinery , US suddenly started to move all their assets away .
I have this theory , that selling effcient military equiment is not actually desired for private Companies , if they know they get the Orders anyway.
like the Drone that Iran Shot down some time ago was 250 € Million or something , for a Drone , thats so Insane pretty sure 220million are just "Middleman Greasing" or something like that ....
Oh and "Lazers " of Course , Soon the Lazers will be ready , they only try this stuff since the 50's , but given the lack of results , they should get a Higher Budget apperantly , not stop the Nonsense ...
The way military development is structured is also just stupid. Pentagon Wars had a scene about the development of the Bradley. Between contractor corruption, the complexity of new research that gains a worthwhile edge over rivals, and the military officers constantly rotating out any kind of new system is ratfucked.
this is a germany , the Passwort is probably "qwert123" .... , just saying ,peacfull space expolartion should be for everyone...
peacfull space expolartion should be for everyone…
:posadist-nuke:
It doesn’t. Missiles like this aren’t effective anti carrier weapons.
I don't see a CIWS or anti-cruise missile shooting this down as it slams into the deck at 90 degrees (and neither does China). Like that particular design looks a bit rubbish for the task compared to a purpose-built weapon, but the R7 was a bit rubbish for an ICBM and it could put a nuke on DC just fine.
Yeah but all you do is damage it. It doesn’t have an explosive payload. Building it with an explosive payload would be so expensive and utterly worthless compared to an equivalent amount of Chinese anti ship missiles.
if the Flight deck is damaged , no airplane can start ... so it does the Job ... not this one , this one is for space stuff , but others ...
What the fuck are you saying? The flight deck can be repaired at sea.
yeah sure ... , I mean if China only sends a single Rocket and then gives the US 3 weeks for the Repairs ... and all the Airplanes in Flight find another Carrier to land on...
You’re thinking that this is more worth it than a crap ton of cheap anti ship missiles?
the general tactic with missiles warfare i learned is to always send some cheap shit with the expansive shit , so the defenses dont know which targets they should prioritize ..
:libertarian-approaching: The libertarians are finally getting their McNukes.
Relax, they're only used to protect Israelis from anti-Semitism
Very serious Problem this Antisemitism .... its a real Shame .... They have tried to defeat it with Airplanes , with Soldiers ,with Tanks with Gas and Phospor even Walls , Apartheit and Executions did not Help against it ...
Maybe this finaly will relieve them from their Woes
Yeah that faceted nose cone is definitely not intended to have a lower radar cross section
Those look incredibly pacifistic. :comfy: Got any more info? Who's building those cuddle-rockets?
Oh I stumbled upon it because the cuddle and only ever very good "Porsche" company is investing into these Cuddle Rockts , Porsche - very peacfull cuddle company ....
And i was like "We have Rockets ?" , "What? " ...
But I have no idea how any stuff works , just wanted to share them in their peacefullness . Apperantly the cute Cuddle Head is ceramik and therefore easy and Cheap to Produce ... for cheap Space Exploration ... Germany should have an Arsenal of like 2000 Pieces so they are ready for some eventual new Space Secrets ...
Oh, Porsche you say? Yeah, they're famous for their line of big cat toys. All time classics like the tiger remain an integral part of my childhood memory. Of course, there's also that derpy-looking elephant , I loved to cuddle - also made by our good friends at Porsche - the peace company. :ancap-good:
Imagine Porsche not selling this overdesiged and expansive Toys to the Wehrmacht in their effort to shorten the war ... Imaginge the Wehrmacht just copying russian Tanks and Production Methods....
Porsche is a very Good Company ....
There was a young fellow named Crockett, Who had an affair with a rocket. If you saw them out there You'd be tempted to stare, But if you ain't tried it, don't knock it!
It's one of those things where I doubt any rocket over a certain size will ever be seen as entirely peaceful. But this looks scarier because it's in testing. If it was painted white with a space logo it wouldn't be so bad.
A screaming comes across the sky. It has happened before, but there is nothing to compare it to now. It is too late.
