    Some choice cuts from Jack Shafer at Politico who wants you to rethink what victory against covid looks like:

    " An undetermined number of people have acquired some immunity from Covid-19 by exposure to it. Today in America, severe Covid-19 infections and death are almost entirely in unvaccinated people."

    "For starters, instead of berating ourselves for having fully inoculated only 49 percent of the eligible U.S. population (ages 12 and over), we should celebrate the fact that we’ve made severe cases of Covid-19 and death by Covid-19 preventable."
