I mean this doesn't necessarily show a historical trend in ownership, just that people earlier in life are less likely to be homeowners, which makes sense since peoples' income does tend to increase and their reliance on their parents decreases as they get older and advance in their careers. You'd want to look at ownership rate over time, not by age at one point in time.
