This whole post is very dumb and shitty, but that is a real, genuine text I sent to a buddy who teaches at a middle school (in March 2020)

Its fine, soon we'll have corpse fires of dead kids because there just aren't enough refrigerated trucks.

Because boomers are still in fucking charge of fucking everything.

Boomers have certainly done nothing but create me and proceed to make my life so much worse. Critical support to whatever your post was lmao

You're probably right about mask wearing but boomers jumped at the chance to get vaxxed because they were the ones at risk.

They're still the ones who have been pestering us not to the whole time. It's fine, the next round of corpse fires will be smaller bodies, so better for the earth.

A society grows great when old men plant trees in whose shade they shall never sit

There's the condition under which I'm willing to respect someone's age. If they've lived that long and haven't become wise or socially responsible or understand basic germ theory, COVID is more merciful than anything the people who brought us climate change deserve. There's nothing to learn from them, no sacred mission to their leadership, and nothing gained from their consolidation of resources as it starves their offspring.

the people who brought us climate change

give me a break, all these soy youtubers are literally whining about "eco-fascism" because they can't eat their delicious treats.

No. They staffed those jobs, they voted in those elections, they built those mass movements, they now beat down anything you could do to change the conditions they've had XX years to change. The result is you starving to death a decade or two from now. They'll give you a fucking plague because they're too fragile to wear a piece of cloth and practice basic hygiene. It's not blanket condemnation of age, but of the people who used those years to condemn you. Fuck them. Fuck them with the karmavirus they voted against universal healthcare during.

Eh. If class and race are conflated in the U.S., I don't see why class and age couldn't be as well. White boomers particularly were the beneficiaries of the post-war boom and massive wealth-redistribution policies in a way that no generation since has been, and as a class they represent the majority of the country's petty boug strata.

    below the age of 40

Do you know how old boomers are, or even millennials?
