You can like the movie and still acknowledge the themes. When the Citations Needed guys pick apart a show or genre they often admit to liking it for entertainment value, while still being able to see the negative messaging.

I love Law and Order. I could watch that show all day. I cried when Briscoe's daughter died. Doesn't mean he isn't a fucking pig. Doesn't mean the show doesn't normalize being interrogated by cops while your at work or help bolster belief in pseudoscientific forensic techniques.
