struggle session: so sick of "dating" apps. I did some lame statistical nonsense, and at least as far as my algorythm shows me, only half of the guys on there are even single (I got 58%).
I am fine with open relationships and the ilk, I've been in one, but as a single guy who is sorta trying to find something a little more serious at this point, it's so frustrating. even if you connect with someone, you always run the risk of things ending (moreso than a normal relationship).
yeah I know i can just log off... but unfortunately as a queer person who is still nervous about going to bars at this point, i don't really see any alternative...
