minus-squareD61 [any]hexbear9·3 years agoOH... I know the answer to this one, your ID card in basic works like a debit card. You can buy stuff from a PX before you've gotten your first paycheck. Then, when your pay drops into your bank account, what you owe at the PX is taken out first. link
