I'd like to be wrong, but my initial reaction is that this looks like it sucks. They recreated Spike's outfit too perfectly and I just think it looks weird if it's not animated.

Faye is Singaporean Chinese in the anime.
She claims to be romani for most the show though
She lost her memory and had no idea what her background was. She told Spike and Jet she was Romani because she was bullshitting them. In the second to last episode, she goes down to earth and recovers her memory in the ruins of Singapore. The video tape of young Faye shows she's in Singapore.
Yeah, she did the white claw thing of, " I'm like a g-slur lol" I think it was hollowood terrible type funny that made it in to her casting notes
