      That's not even true. A lot of these people (got some in my family and I used to work a job where I crossed paths with a bunch) have totally insane politics where they hate the government and are super paranoid but also love cops and the military. Their politics make zero sense. If anything it's worth talking to these people because they've become distrustful of the govt/corporations but have no way to really put a bigger picture together.

      Or we can just laugh at them when they die I guess

        Sounds like typical tea party; the government is bad but we need to pay cops and military to protect us from criminals/minorities.

        Yeah I grew up in the milieu of a blue state so it's my kneejerk reaction to laugh at them but being in a bunch of car groups will show you that a lot of these people are just deeply, deeply misguided and propagandized

        of course they can be dangerous and downright unpleasant but a lot of them are rightfully mad

        Caleb Maupin (I know people HATE him for some reason) grew up around these types and he's said the same type of thing and I trust his opinion because he's actually from rural America
