That only further solidifies my confidence. The RFK assassination was an unfortunate accident.

I mean look at his brother. Lee Harvey Oswald hides a carcano rifle, travels to the 6th floor of the book depository, sets up in a window, and fires three shots. Those bullets actually go right through the president and governor of the state. They were passing by in a car. The president. While it's illegal to shoot near roadways, we've all been in a position to make that mistake and his mistake had the most unfortunate set of circumstances. Someone died in that accident and then the media turned it into a culture war like they always do.

Precisely. You ever notice it's usually the same people trying to make mountains out of both of those molehills?

good lord I did not know how sketchy this case was. I found this on wikipedia.

In a 2018 interview with The Washington Post, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said that he traveled to the Richard J. Donovan correctional facility in California to meet with Sirhan, and that, after a relatively lengthy conversation (the details of which he would not disclose), believed that Sirhan did not kill his father and that a second gunman was involved.

it possible that oswald was set up or there was a different shooter or something, but the problems of the "magic bullet" theory have been satisfactory debunked for me (connally sat in a jumper seat that was lower and inboard compared to kennedy) and JFK's movement in the killshot was due to his back brace, so i dont believe in a grassy knoll shooter

The colorization shit of the supposed badge man is so funny, its like drawing with crayons on a bunch of film noise.

Or Oswald did it but he was only able to because of someone's incompetence and that person lied about how he did it to cover their ass

I really doubt it Kennedy was pretty big on anti-communism and pro cold war. It's like wondering if the CIA were trying to kill Reagan

IIRC Allen Dulles wrote years later that he knew the Bay Of Pigs wouldn't be the quick revolution of 25% of the cuban people that he promised, but he expected Kennedy'd begin a full scale invasion once they ran into resistance.

It's not inconceivable that he took Kennedy's unwillingness to allow overt American airstrikes during the Bay of Pigs or an outright invasion during the missile crisis as weakness.

Then there's that whole thing with the FBI getting proof of CIA and presidential involvement with the mob, which could be used for blackmail like Hoover did.

There's too many parts moving in all directions here.

When asked about how he feels about the Middle East conflict today, Sirhan broke down crying and temporarily couldn’t speak.

“Take a few deep breaths,” said Barton, who noted the conflict had not gone away and still touched a nerve.

Sirhan said he doesn’t follow what’s going on in the region but thinks about the suffering of refugees.

“The misery that those people are experiencing. It’s painful,” Sirhan said

Fun fact, our good buddy Jolyon "Jolly" West pops up in the Sirhan story. Oh what do you know? guess it was just a coincidence that he also did some work on Manson, jack ruby and David koresh.

Also, if I remember correctly Sirhan had large blocks of missing time (2 weeks I think) before the assassination, that are just blank in his memory hmmm
