Idk. If trump had won the election he'd be doing the exact same thing Biden is doing now (nothing).
The only hope was that there would be no more infectious, deadlier variant like the delta variant that came along and that they could ask nicely to get enough people vaccinated that it wouldn't be a huge deal.
But they fucked both those things up so they have no more responses.
If Trump were president you don't have unemployment assistance, a third stimulus check, state and local aid, or the tying of federal Medicare and Medicaid funding to vaccine mandates. Eviction ban ends sooner too, and student loans probably come back next month. You also don't have a near-airtight federal workforce vaccine mandate. Like all choices between the blue team and red team, they both suck but they're not the same.
Delta variant happens regardless of who won any US elections, of course.
