    been listening to a local radio repeater here and the local amateurs here (so tx) are fucking livid over this.

    Its pretty funny to listen to.

      Yeah, as if the GOP is going to let a state Supreme Court dictate who they can and can’t nominate. That’s a precedent they can’t afford to accept. If they let the system hold them accountable in any way, where does it end?

        Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect

        So yeah fuck state courts that aren't dominated by Republicans
