Thats honestly more why you need excercise with it than the calories excercise burns, cause the endorphins itll produce will replace a lot of the ones eating 5000 calories a day would give you.

Yeah I didn't mention it but I read somewhere that the obese people who DO lose weight by dieting often end up with worse health stats
