Forcibly vaccinate everyone using the power of the state. Doing otherwise is deciding to murder everyone who dies from covid and lack of healthcare.
Incarcerate the antivaxers for the 2-3 week length of the vaccination treatment. Pay them wages the length of their sentence and allow them to speak with their families.
Any attempts at armed rebellion against this policy should be put down by force.
