Anyone wanna explain how they went from 100+ seats to 24 in a decade? Hoping for a win today but that really dampened things.

The NDP needs a leader who was not raised in liberal politicking. Someone who is able to take an informed and bold stance to truly be the voice of the working class in Canada, now that the working class I much different from the 30 years ago when it was universities, farmers, and autoworkers.
Now the working class is much less white. It is still those same workers, but also encompasses the group of new immigrants, industrial workers, exploited workers, gig workers, and needs to draw in support of the groups that have suffered decades of anti-union brain rotting propaganda.
I don't know who the right person lead the party is, Jack Layton probably, but Jagmeet isn't doing it. We need someone who has cut their teeth in Union organizing.
Otherwise the conservatives are going to solidify their hold on the white working class.
