I wish I had your optimism. In my opinion, a minoritarian government can rule despite being unpopular.
Not only will the ‘kicks and screams’ ruin millions of lives, but :porky-happy: will just find a new caucusing mechanism afterwards to keep the major parts of hegemony in place.
Yeah I mean tbf I'm not as optimistic as I sound here. In places like South Africa, you can see how white folks - when they have the backing of capital - are able to hold onto a significant amount of power despite being like 10-15% of the population.
