Time to brag. What has gone right for everyone this week?
Exercise once? Set a new PR? Start doing cardio? Seeing good progress?
Here's where to share!

went back to the gym today after not going for all of last week. training session honestly felt pretty good which surprised me. really just want to stay consistent. :inshallah:
Starting to see some definition in my arms. Still got a long way to go to get to where I want to be, but good to see some results after sticking with a routine for a while.
Was hoping to lose some weight too, but that's been a bit more difficult. I'm not in a bad place, just a few pounds overweight, but I've been wanting to get closer to my weight in my senior year of HS. Felt about as good as I ever have back then and considering I'm getting older I'd like to take some weight off of my leg joints.
Yo, I finally got my blue belt, but jiu jitsu combined with work messed up my neck, so this week I'm successfully doing nothing.
I'm at peace, but there's also a lot of fuckers I'm coming for. They're lucky my neck is hurt right now. Oooooooh, they don't know how lucky they are!
:lets-fucking-go:
i'm thinking of starting c25k next week. my cardio sucks ass right now. can't even fathom running further than like a couple of miles lol
I missed a week of exercise because I was doing way too many shows. Yesterday was the first day back and it sucked ass.
Less than getting back on the horse used to suck though. Thanks, creatine.
I can still do 10 consecutive pull ups after not touching my rings for four months. In other news, I touched my rings again for the first time in four months.
I haven't been to the gym in 2 months because for the first month I was working so much overtime I didn't want to anything. Then I switched jobs and now I have the time to be depressed that now all I want is to quit my job and kill myself.
A few days late for the thread, but: I've recently started taking a taekwondo class. It was advertised as an adult class, but in practice, a lot of the students are high schoolers, with only a couple people my age and older. It's been a few weeks, and every class is exhausting, but I haven't quit yet.
