Broadly speaking that's true, but imo her biggest barrier isn't the broader voter base but the primary. More partisan voters have very long memories, if she takes the brunt of the blame for the Biden presidency not having significant legislative achievements it won't bode well for her election.
If a Progressive tries to primary her, there will be millions spent on "YOU CAN'T RUN A PROGRESSIVE IN ARIZONA" and all of the cuck Democrat base will make it a reality.
