    Okay my conspiracy brain is kicking in. Y'all have seen that footage of Joe Manchin on his yacht being confronted by activists on kayaks? Among other things, some of those activists yelled "tax the rich" at him (wonder where that phrase came from) and he responded by saying something like "were doing that, were working on taxing the rich and famous."

    Putting aside the pointless question of whether he knew this "papers" publication was about to drop, I'm wondering if this is going to be capital's next attempt at deflection: trying to get the masses riled up about tax-dodging millionaire celebrities, rather than the billionaires and their political lackies who actually run the world and fuck us all.
