Honestly, I've mostly grown numb on "ultras" like Maoists and Left-Coms being annoying at this point, since I share a lot of Leftist spaces with them (mainly on Discord) and there's a good amount of back-and-forth between us that can sometimes lead to something interesting. Left "infighting" and rigorous debate/shitslinging is going to be the case wherever you go, even in real life organizations like the DSA or PSL (to a lesser degree albeit). It can be a good thing, even, in that it forces us to constantly to reinforce or reevaluate our stances. So long as they don't try to engage in sectarianism where it isn't conducive to anything and throw other Marxists under the bus in the face of libs and reactionaries when the chips are down (like some Maoists, Trots and self-professed "anti-tankie anarchists" do), it's "agree to disagree" with them until those disagreements boil over into important decision-making (which is a long way to go if you're in the imperial core like I am, tbh). Some MLMs like BRG and Paul Morrin for instance interact regularly with "revisionists" and even defend them when it matters, like when Calla Walsh got arrested protesting an Israeli arms manufacturing center and was getting smeared by zionists.
Not to say we should tolerate anything and everything for the sake of some vague goal of Left Unity, especially if a "leftist" is supporting Israel or NATO, but we can manage factional differences when our more immediate goals align as any "United Front" historically did. For online shitslinging in particular, I just get off of Birdsite or certain Discord channels for a while to "detox" if it becomes too much.
Tl;dr the Western Left (which most of us are) is still so unorganized and weak that our irreconcilable ideological differences are not the immediate contradiction and we shouldn't waste energy on constantly splitting from, undermining and purging each other. However, it's okay to feel frustrated and take a break from the "discourse", now and then.
