There is a very real chance that the Supreme Court will soon prohibit the EPA from limiting greenhouse gas emissions from power plants. This is a horrifying grant.
To be clear: The Supreme Court may not only deny the EPA authority to regulate greenhouse gases from power plants, but also prohibit Congress from delegating that authority to the EPA in the first place.
Fuck this self-indulgent shithole of a country. If we somehow get sanctioned for choosing to do nothing on climate change in the future, this country will only have itself to blame.
