There is a very real chance that the Supreme Court will soon prohibit the EPA from limiting greenhouse gas emissions from power plants. This is a horrifying grant.
To be clear: The Supreme Court may not only deny the EPA authority to regulate greenhouse gases from power plants, but also prohibit Congress from delegating that authority to the EPA in the first place.
They're like the world's worst b-movie that somehow manages not to have a single second of unintentional comedy or oddities. The entire movie from start to finish is only dull and mind numbingly bad.
