IMO the larger an eatery chain is, the more this adds a downward trend to quality over time, as the ghouls at corporate figure out cheaper and cheaper ingredients with their massive procurement networks. This leads to the worst meat quality I have ever seen outside of McDonalds style eateries, Subway meat. "Meat" might be more accurate. Remember when a study found that a bunch of it was either fillers or different types of meat than what is was labelled as, but everyone kinda forgot? Yeah the definitely probly stopped doing that ;) Right?!?!
